The Swisher Briscoe Shared Services Arrangement (SBSSA) is a collaborative partnership designed to deliver high-quality special education services across four districts - Happy, Kress, Silverton, and Tulia ISDs. Through this cooperative model, our communities pool expertise and resources to better support students with disabilities.
